Mr. Henry Edwin Burgett, age 83 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, May 6, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Nashville, TN. A native of Sumner Co., TN. he was the son of the late Thomas Burgett and the late Flossie Hall Burgett. He is preceded in death by his wife Irene Sage Burgett, a son Kenneth Edwin Burgett, sisters Polly King and Elizabeth Burgett and brothers Paul, Everett, James, Roy and Charles Burgett. He is survived by his wife Jewell Burgett; daughter Patsy Burgett (Ron) of Huntsville, AL., 2 sons Ronald Bruce Burgett (Lou Ann) of Franklin, KY. and Jimmy (Janet) Burgett of Bethpage, TN.; daughter-in-law Celila Burgett of Hermitage, TN.; sister Mary Burgett Choat of Gallatin, TN.; 3 step-children Jimmy Gregory and Pam Gregory Jones (Dale) all of Franklin, KY. and SSG. Joe Gregory (Brandy) of Hopkinsville, KY.; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. Mr. Burgett was a retired employee of Oscar-Meyer Co., a member of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church in White House, TN. and member of the Hardees Consulting Team (Coffee Club).

Baker, Robert M. (Bob) Of Franklin, Ky. Age 82, Born January 7, 1931 Died April 28, 2013. Preceded in death by parents W. O. Baker and Berta Oliphant, brother W. O. Baker, Jr., and son Robert M. Baker, Jr. Survived by loving wife of 55 years Dorothy (Dot) Rosdeutscher Baker, sons William Bradley Baker (Kelly), Brian Keith Baker (Cathy), three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. A native of Nashville, Tn. and graduate of West End High School and David Lipscomb University. Served in the U. S. Army during the Korean conflict. Retired after 32 years as Sales Executive for the Burroughs/Unisys Corp. A life-long member of the Church of Christ and currently a member of the Portland Church of Christ. Bob had an ever present smile and never met a stranger.

Mr. Gene Autry Hudson, age 78 of Portland, TN., entered into rest Friday, April 26, 2013 at 3:05 A.M. at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. A native of Macon Co., TN., he was the son of the late Ernest Estes Hudson and the late Ollie Mae Wright Hudson. He is survived by his wife Joyce Hudson of Portland, TN.; a daughter Hattie Hines (Larry) of Franklin, KY., 3 sons: Kenneth Hudson (Barbara) of Morgantown, KY., James Garrett Hudson (Henrietta) of Bowling Green, KY. and Earl Wayne Hudson of Portland, TN.; 2 sisters; Lovie Poole of Woodburn, KY. and Peggy Sircy of Portland, TN.; 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Mr. Hudson was a heavy equipment operator and former employee of Kentucky Stone.

He is survived by his wife Teresa Clark, a daughter Leah Clark and a son Norman J Clark III both of Bowling Green, KY., 4 sisters Debby Green(Morgan), Jan Collette(David) and Dara Adams(Andrew) all of Murfreesboro, TN. and Karen Clark of San Fransisco, CA. Mr. Clark was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ and was a sales rep for N.C.H..

McCoy of Bowling Green, Ky. 4 Sisters Barbara Lee Farmer, Vonnie Pearl Graves and Peggy J. Crump all of Franklin, Ky. and Judy M. Crabtree of Portland, TN., 2 brothers Paul Robert Riddle and Lloyd Riddle both of Franklin, KY., 4 grandchildren Josh Wayne and Brook Elaine Bilbrey and Elizabeth Anne and Joey McCoy. Mrs. McCoy was a member at Providence Baptist Church and former employee of Wal-Mart.

She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and sisters. She is survived by a sister Shelbye Stone (Bob) of Franklin, Ky., and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Caudill was a member of Lake Springs Baptist Church and American Legion Post #62 auxiliary. She retired from the Kendall Company.
